What is your price per square foot?

That depends on what you want! We can discuss all of the design finishes and details that you desire to determine where you will end up on price per square foot. It’s your finish details that drive this cost up, but our stick built cost is comparable to any other builder in the area.

I have an idea of what I want, but could use some help! How can you assist me in the completion of the design process?

We work with a custom draft designer to take any plans that you like and customize them exactly for your needs.

Do you offer any warranties?

We offer a ten year warranty on the foundation and a one year warranty on the rest of the house. Because we take such pride in building quality homes, we ensure that our clients are only using finishes that we can back up.

Do you sub out all of the work?

We do most of the work by individuals employed by D. Rock Construction, but for some specialty trades we use qualified professionals that can perform the best work for your home.

What kind of renovations do you do?

We can help you with large scale projects and renovations. We do whole house renovations, kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, basement finishing, and room additions. We would love to meet with you to discuss your project and give you a free quote.
